If you have a prescription to collect please contact the surgery and we will arrange for this to be sent to a pharmacy of your choice.

Carers

North Lanarkshire Carers Together are excited to announce that, thanks to funding from the Scottish Government, we are now able to offer one to one sessions with Carers in North Lanarkshire using the ‘Near Me’ platform .

This is a digital platform already used within NHS Lanarkshire .

Near Me will make it easier for you to receive our support ‘face to face’ while services are operating digitally during periods of lockdown

To use Near Me, you will need a reliable internet connection; broadband or 3G/4G, and a suitable device for making video calls such as a smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer with webcam and speaker. Carers who do not have access to these items can still call us on 01698 404055 and even speak to us about accessing support and resources to obtain access to the internet.

If you wish to arrange an appointment please call our office or email enquiries@carerstogether.org

We look forward to meeting with you.

Are you a carer?

Please telephone the reception staff who will take all the details from you and add you to our register.

We understand how difficult it can be organising appointments for yourself and someone else therefore we offer patients on our carers' register the opportunity to pre-book appointments at suitable times.  This is available to main / sole carers who need to organise help in advance.

Carers are entitled to a carer assessment to look at how the caring role affects your life and offers you support as a carer.  It offers information regarding services and support available to you as a carer, such as training, access to leisure and learning.  If you would like an assessment contact your local Social Work Office for further details.

If you would like further information and useful contact numbers, please ask for a carers' information pack from reception.
