  As a measure to reduce spread of this infection all GP appointments will be carried out over the phone.

The Practice Nurses will try and deal with as many of their appointments by telephone as well, or ask you to wait if your review is not urgent.

We are able to provide video reviews of patients where necessary.  If you are asked by the GP / PN or ANP to take part in a video consultation please click on the link below:

The door leading to the practice is locked and you can only enter the practice by pre-arranged appointment by the GP / ANP or Practice Nurse.  If asked to attend please wear a face covering.

You should NOT attend the surgery, a member of the medical team will contact you by telephone with advice.

Do contact the practice if your symptoms are severe, if they are deteriorating, or if they have not resolved after 7 days.

Symptoms to look out for are a new continuous cough and / or a high temperature. If you have these symptoms stay at home and self isolate for 7 days. If a family member has symptoms the household must self isolate for 14 days. The person with symptoms can return to normal activities if their symptoms have resovled after 7 days.
