From Monday 8th April 2019 we will have an Advanced Nurse Practitioner working with us.  These nurses are experienced in dealing with coughs, colds, sore throat, musculoskeletal problems and many more conditions.  When you are looking for an appointment the reception staff will ask for some details and this will allow us to make sure you are seen by the correct person.  This is a necessary part of triaging appointments so please co-operate with the staff.

pill_spill2Please not that you will only be able to order online via patient services from 01/04/2019 and not via this website so please sign up for this services ASAP.

If you currently use our website to order your prescriptions, there is a new system which is easier to use as it accesses your actual repeat medication re-order form and you just tick off the items you require. Please contact reception to sign up to the new service.  This will also allow you to check appointment times and cancel appointments at any time that suits you.

Repeat Prescriptions

If you are on long-term medication the Doctor may arrange for you to obtain prescriptions without consultation. There are three ways to do this:

  1. At reception: Hand in your repeat order form at reception. It will be ready for collection in two working days.
  2. At the chemist: Hand your repeat order form into the chemist. It will usually take one week for it to be ready.
  3. By post: Post your repeat order form to the surgery with a stamped addressed envelope and we will post your prescription to you.
  4. Order Online: Once registered for this service you can order your prescriptions anytime.  Once processed at the surgery you can collect 2 days later.

We do not accept repeat prescription requests by telephone.
